      Pros

      Honestly, the best part has been the people. I’ve been lucky to work with a team that’s not only talented but also super supportive and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Internal promotions are limited and not well supported. External hires are often prioritized, and compensation for internal moves does not reflect experience. Direction is inconsistent, and management support is reactive rather than proactive.

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities for cross-functional work/working with senior-level SMEs - EOY Bonus (usually) - Great benefits (Flexible PTO policy/stipends)

      Cons

      - Exec suite does not care about you! - Pay is not competitive; was paid significantly less relative to market for experience (didn't realize this until too late, mgmt wouldn't adjust salary either) - No cost-of-living raises over the 2 years I worked there (No raise at all, ever, actually! And no support to be promoted from within) - Layoffs occur twice a year, and everyone is replaceable
