Pros
A great, fast-growing company, that operates in a new, in-development market in which it stands as a leader of the industry. Good, reasonable employee salaries and benefits and the chance to grow individually as a professional and to evolve into other areas/teams within the company.
Cons
Very technical, complex product/service that, due to its young age, generates growing pains in customers that need to be addressed over time. Lack of a structured training database.
