      Pros

      There are a lot of hard working good people at this company. The good does outweigh the bad.

      Cons

      Management rewards bad behavior with raises and promotion's while hard working people who follow the rules and treat people with respect get passed over.

If there are areas we can improve we would welcome confidential feedback via our HR team. We will also continue to run our regular engagement surveys which include the opportunity for anonymous feedback. Improving on our already high engagement score is a personal goal for me.”

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities for cross-functional work/working with senior-level SMEs - EOY Bonus (usually) - Great benefits (Flexible PTO policy/stipends)

      Cons

      - Exec suite does not care about you! - Pay is not competitive; was paid significantly less relative to market for experience (didn't realize this until too late, mgmt wouldn't adjust salary either) - No cost-of-living raises over the 2 years I worked there (No raise at all, ever, actually! And no support to be promoted from within) - Layoffs occur twice a year, and everyone is replaceable
