      Pros

      * Marketing/demand gen teams worked hard * Co-founders are great guys and very talented

      Cons

      Where do I start..... * CFO admitted the product is a "nice to have" during 2020 Covid challenged year * Most prospects believe the product is snake oil * Veteran reps will receive all the benefits of open territories while newer reps are bludgeoned * Management will talk negatively about reps to other reps and speak to you as though you are a child * Hiring a bunch of UNH kids as BDRs so they can promote from within, which in reality is just a way to get hometown discounts and not pay for top talent

      As a relatively new Executive at Bitsight, I was disappointed to read this review and your experience at Bitsight. In the 4 months I have been a part of the Team, we have worked hard to build an environment of opportunity, professional improvement and inclusion. Our business is growing and accelerating quickly and much of our success has to do with our dedicated people and our 2000+ customers seeing value in our offerings. We take all feedback seriously and continue to work with our Teams to build a growing and vibrant company built on dedicated employees.

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities for cross-functional work/working with senior-level SMEs - EOY Bonus (usually) - Great benefits (Flexible PTO policy/stipends)

      Cons

      - Exec suite does not care about you! - Pay is not competitive; was paid significantly less relative to market for experience (didn't realize this until too late, mgmt wouldn't adjust salary either) - No cost-of-living raises over the 2 years I worked there (No raise at all, ever, actually! And no support to be promoted from within) - Layoffs occur twice a year, and everyone is replaceable
