We appreciate hearing from you and value the opportunity to address your comments: We are a people first company and prioritize the health and safety of our employees. We had a zero travel policy during COVID to ensure our employees were not unnecessarily exposed to the coronavirus and closed all of our offices for an extended period of time. Our internal review and promotion process is incredibly thorough and consistent for every employee regardless of personal connections. We are proud of the female representation in our sales organization across all of the customer teams. In fact, as of today we have a record number of women in leadership and managerial positions that have been hired externally or promoted from within. Additionally, our sales team is now represented by women in almost 50% of our growing team.
