      Pros

      BitSight has a friendly culture and great work-life balance. All of my coworkers were skilled workers and excellent co-op mentors. The option for remote or in-person work was very convenient, and vacation is flexible

      Cons

      If you strongly prefer in-person work to remote work, it might be a tough transition

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities for cross-functional work/working with senior-level SMEs - EOY Bonus (usually) - Great benefits (Flexible PTO policy/stipends)

      Cons

      - Exec suite does not care about you! - Pay is not competitive; was paid significantly less relative to market for experience (didn't realize this until too late, mgmt wouldn't adjust salary either) - No cost-of-living raises over the 2 years I worked there (No raise at all, ever, actually! And no support to be promoted from within) - Layoffs occur twice a year, and everyone is replaceable
