Pros
- Really great people who care about what they do. Generally zero ego, can easily message anyone from any team you haven’t met before and they’d be happy to help you out or answer questions. - Great work life balance and easy to take PTO. No guilt trips for time off. - Super supportive managers that help you reach career goals. They definitely work with you, not against you, and truly want you to succeed. - Interesting and challenging work if you want it.
Cons
- Definitely some growing pains going on, but to be expected. Although there is an issue with setting concrete standards and practices, the people are generally good at their job so it isn’t posing too much of an issue. - Pay could be a bit better - 401k match could definitely be improved. - Spending more time on new innovations vs quality and maintenance, but honestly when isn’t this an issue.
