Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all comments seriously and are committed to continuously improving the employee experience at Bitsight. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of remote work and the ability to manage your schedule, as that’s certainly a key benefit for many employees. We understand concerns about compensation, and we regularly review our pay structures to ensure they are competitive with the market. Regarding leadership transparency, we are actively working to improve communication across all levels of the organization. We value open dialogue and are committed to providing more clarity on our strategic direction, especially during challenging times like the recent layoffs. While such decisions are never easy, they are made with long-term business sustainability in mind. We remain focused on innovation and staying competitive, and we believe that with the support and dedication of our team, Bitsight will continue to thrive in the market. Thank you again for your feedback. Best regards, Chrissy Joseph

Pros

- Lots of opportunities for cross-functional work/working with senior-level SMEs - EOY Bonus (usually) - Great benefits (Flexible PTO policy/stipends)

Cons

- Exec suite does not care about you! - Pay is not competitive; was paid significantly less relative to market for experience (didn't realize this until too late, mgmt wouldn't adjust salary either) - No cost-of-living raises over the 2 years I worked there (No raise at all, ever, actually! And no support to be promoted from within) - Layoffs occur twice a year, and everyone is replaceable
