Great people, great culture, great platform. Focused solution that capitalizes on a major industry opportunity. A lot of value to prop, but an engaged prospect will like what they hear. Platform value is set to explode in the next 3-5-10 years.

Cons

Typical smaller start up pains, base salary on the low side, but ample opportunity to make that up in commissions.

Pros

A fun and fast-paced environment where everyone's opinion is valued, and everyone's 100% is expected. This is a place to innovative and build awesome software; not a place to be 'just another cog in the machine'. The crew is smart, energetic, and super fun to work with!

Cons

It's a startup - so often you find overstretched and wearing way too many hats. This is definitely not a place to fall asleep in.
