Cons

While training, systems, and daily operations are very structured, you cant compare it to a fortune 500 firm

Pros

A fun and fast-paced environment where everyone's opinion is valued, and everyone's 100% is expected. This is a place to innovative and build awesome software; not a place to be 'just another cog in the machine'. The crew is smart, energetic, and super fun to work with!

Cons

It's a startup - so often you find overstretched and wearing way too many hats. This is definitely not a place to fall asleep in.
