Pros
Bizzabo has a great, genuine startup environment. Everyone here is extremely friendly, fun, intelligent, and eager to grow in their careers. Working at a small but growing startup has its serious advantages- you have a lot of responsibility, you can clearly see the impact your work has, and you have more opportunities as you grow with the team. I originally started out in a position that was more editorial and content-based and have grown into a position where I manage our department's budget and determine our strategy for the coming quarters. You will face new challenges on a daily basis and that will give you more experience and expand your skillset more than you would at most other companies.
Cons
It is a fast growing company who needs people who grow just as quickly with it. If you're not able to learn at a fast pace with minimal hand holding this might not be the best place for you. You have a strong team around you but you are expected to pull your weight and then some.
