Pros
Bizzabo is an extremely exciting company to be a part of. It still amazes each day how much of an impact I can have on our clients, our business, our growth and our product. With a fun and inclusive culture to boot! You don't have to be friends with your colleagues to enjoy work but it sure makes coming in everyday that much easier.
Cons
This is a true start-up. You really need to embrace the entrepreneurial/self-starter mentality. You may have to come in earlier sometimes to speak with clients in Asia because if you don't do it who will? WITH THAT being said, you will expand your skill set by embracing different roles and responsibilities.
