Pros
- The people are awesome (fun, smart and really support each other) - Amazing culture; you really feel it and see it every day, from day 1 to 1,000 - Opportunities to do things you've never done before and the support to become experts at it - Really great product; we use it internally for all our events & meetings - Great leadership mentors spread throughout different departments - Employees get to move laterally across the organization to find the role that best fits their goals - The Founders care A Lot, are very involved and invest into the employee experience
Cons
- Change isn't for everyone; as a start-up we move fast and evolve a lot - If you're uncomfortable with uncertainty, this is probably not the place for you - We have more work to do on the DE&I front - We could always use more resources
