I had a job for 18 years - Lead Technician Black Box Employee Review

I was a field technician there for 18 years. Loved the tech I worked with and together we helped each other out, we had unwritten rules we all followed as techs. Operations manager took care of us and alway said to make sure you pay yourself. I had a lot of personnel issues and he backed me up on all of them when I could have just got let go.
