Good Benefits - Customer Service Representative Black Box Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. I would agree with your feedback on our benefit programs. We are constantly evaluating our programs to ensure they are competitive and attract and retain strong talent. We want Black Box to be a place where team members can, and do, build long careers. We are evaluating the vacation/PTO policy annually to see if we can make some changes. I also agree with your advise. We do have to consider client holiday schedules to align with team member work assignments. Please let me know which customer site had a conflict. Thanks, David M.
