Pros
Great starting block/stepping stone for IT/Telephony, whether you're a field tech, Project Coordinator, or PM. Limited interaction with accounting, but guessing situation is similar. $401K match, 17 days of PTO, easy to get time off once hired on. Benefits are decent if single, not sure on family plan, though price is much steeper for family plan.
Cons
Known across the board for being on the low side for compensation. No established promotion structure, no established yearly review, no real hierarchy to focus on. 'Buddy system' is pretty evident, you have to schmooze the right people to advance or have a raise, and you have to push for raises yourself. There are people that have been in this company over 5 years without receiving an increase in compensation, so make sure you negotiate a great salary/wage when entering, because you will likely be stuck there a while.
