Pay is pretty descent. If you are in a state that has Prevailing Wages or Davis Beacon Act. (Be sure to check with state you are working in and the rates that apply to your position.
Cons
There is no regard for for employees especially those working in the field. They keep you on the road 3 weeks out of the month and your only allowed to go home one weekend per month. This will create a high turnover and will burn the best of those out rather quickly. There is an overwhelming issue of control and micromanagement. You will never get a annual review no matter how often you reach out and to whom. STAY FAR AWAY! They don't care about anyone but themselves and their own agendas. There is no reward or recognition at all. Things are on worth doing when its' convenient for them. You should stay far away from this company is you expect to have a family and a life. Most unorganized company I had ever worked for in my life.
