Pros
This is a stable company with good benefits and half days on Fridays. In the past year they have moved into some fun technology in the developent department. I have found it to be a enjoyable place to work; the developers here are bright and relaxed and work together as a team. The company itself is very stable, and is in an industry that is not as affected by the economy as other companies. They have a lot of loyal customers with long term support contracts, so they won't be going away anytime soon. I read some of the older reviews here, and can comment. Staff pay is getting better, in the past year they have reassessed the positions and adjusted the pay scale. People seldom have to work any overtime, but when they do they get paid for it. The benefits are as good as any company in the area.
Cons
The only con I would mention is the set working hours - in other words, no flex time. You come in and leave at the same time Monday through Thursday, but it's worth it for the half day on Friday.
