Pros
Run for the high hills if you're looking to be a software developer here. The turnover rate is extreme, they are always understaffed and burnt out. It amazes me that they can't hold onto employees. However for admin positions retention is fairly good, most folks have been around 3-9 years. It's a stuffy and dull work environment. Management sets unrealistic expectations. Most admin jobs require you to wear many hats, some not related to your trade or job title at all. This is the part that wears me out. I am not getting to do what I love but I'm just a catch all for a lot of miscellaneous tasks.
Cons
High employee turnover, low pay, and overworked for developers. Stuffy work environment, few paid holidays
