Pros
Fantastic work environment with extremely knowledgeable and skilled security experts. Management refrains from micro-managing and trusts operators to use their own skills and intuition to succeed on engagements. The company provides time in-between engagements to work on chosen projects which may benefit both the organization and the operator. Salary and benefits are both generous, even for the high cost of living in the Charleston area. Management also provides additional financial compensation to operators who go above and beyond normal expectations. You can't beat living in Charleston. From the bustling downtown to the quaint beaches, Charleston has something for everyone; especially if you're a foodie! Other perks: Provided security conferences and training Substantial vacation time Amiable and accepting team members Understanding and supportive management
Cons
Smaller company. If you're looking for something similar to a position at a large corporation where you can sit in meetings all day then this isn't for you. Team is extremely close-knit. There's a ping-pong table, so if you're allergic to ping-pong then you may want to reconsider.
