Pros

Good benefits including health, dental, life, vision, and crisis. The work quality is amazing. Your room to grow and learn is great. Not a corporate up-tight ultra competitive atmosphere.

Cons

None. Honestly. You'd think you would have a complaint but I'm struggling to create one.

- Casual, startup-like atmosphere - Working with super-talented folks who are passionate about infosec - Owners actually care about their employees and lead by example - Getting to travel all over the world - Charleston SC location is right on the beach, tons of great restaurants and breweries - Ping pong tournaments - Paid conferences and training - Unlimited Cappuccinos ☕

Cons

- Not really a con, but work is generally pretty fast-paced. Scheduling occasionally gets tight in between engagements.

- Good PTO - Work/Life balance - Operator's are good at technical work

Cons

- Nepotism. - Lack of Accountability for others that don't follow on set procedures for assessments, and for those who consistently do not review guidance material while making deliverables. - Too many internal changes on ways forward.
