Cons
You experience a lot of growing pains over 4 years when your company expands like ours. Many shoot from the hip, learn the lesson the hard way, recreating the wheel moments. Some directors have been subpar- the customer service leadership in my years was a terrible experience for me. Being completely ignored and reaching out to any and everyone I could to address my concerns- Supervisor, Director, HR, COO- never getting resolution. Everyone pointed at each other as the reason of the hold ups and why things weren't able to be resolved. Deparmental issues like lack of recognition, micromanaging, poor chain of command follow through, low pay. (The above mentioned is not company wide. In other recent roles I've experienced great leadership, guidance and opportunity.)
