Pros

Customers and atmosphere is nice. People come here for big and small moments. On slow days, you can get out early and enjoy the time.

Cons

In my time here, no one has ever gotten a break. You might be working a double, but there's no concept of breaks. The only way you can get off your feet on a 6 hour shift is by going to the bathroom. Pay is very low for positions that require a lot of work, like coffee bar on Sunday mornings or cashiers Saturday nights.
