Pros
I've been working at BWC for a little over a year and its the only restaurant that I can see myself at for years to come. Being a full time employee I get medical, dental, and vision benifits at a rate that I can afford. They are very flexible with my schedule. The training process is on point. There is no just throwing you on the floor to figure it out. The team at my store get along (for the most part ). Its a very clean place to work and well run. Everybody knows their part and we play it well.
Cons
I'm not from this area, so adjusting to the bougie attitudes was hard and still is at times. I'm "real" through and through so its a bit hard at times to betray someone Im not. The no break policy is hard at times. Schedule flipping can be a problem, especially in the bar. I work hard to get and maintain regulars and when they get used to seeing me on certian days I would prefer it stay as much as possible. The no sweater policy. Im very cold natured and am always cold. Upper management doest want you wearing any sweaters on the clock, even if it is all black and have the air running all the time. The heat does come on don't get me wrong but some days are colder than others and when Im cold cant perform at the level they expect of me.
