Pros
None, literally. I woke up everyday dreading having to go back to that place.
Cons
You don't make any money, they give the best shifts to the same people every single week (even after I'd been there for a year and asked for better shifts on weekends, the district manager(s) is a terrible person(s) that treat(s) their young employees extremely rudely. If you make more than $7.25/hour in tips, they take that amount out of your paycheck as a way of paying you as little as possible. Seriously, I worked 50-60 hours/week and my bi-weekly paychecks were often less than $120. If you open you have to be there at 4:30am, if you close, you get to scrub toilets until 12-1:00 in the morning (they had me closing 6 days/week despite numerous requests for earlier/better shifts).
