- Good WLB in engineering - Unlimited PTO, which is mostly respected in engineering teams
Cons
- Pay is embarrassingly low. Everyone knows it: HR, your colleagues, higher-ups. It affects motivation everywhere - why work hard if we're being massively underpaid? Associate/VP engineers make LESS than new grads at tech companies. Imagine that!
