there are not even enough desks for people in the office. mgmt insist on 3-2 and you end up sitting in a group of random people not even on your team destroying any productivity. Pay is typically 20%-50% BELOW market and they genuinely do not seem keen on retaining talent. If you absolutely need the name on your resume maybe consider a 1.5-2 year stint and make plans to move on.
