Pros
Interesting field of work, variety of opportunities, great people, solid management, excellent base pay, bonus and benefits. Generally, a people culture, with sound principles.
Cons
A bit overworked, at times, a little office politics; mostly, for me, the rigidity of banded salaries, and annual review/promotions was the hardest aspect. Company needs to be move faster, be more competitive in the labor market. Company principles are sound but not espoused or practiced by all management layers.
