Pros

Decent enough WFH policy, though less out of altruism and more of a necessity

Cons

Low pay, low career mobility, outdated and underperforming technologies. Refusal to change or listen to internal stakeholders. Lip service is given to employee engagement or career advancement, but no tools or means to improve these have been given. In fact, we've been mandated to come up with our own career development plans as if they've thrown their hands up and said, "you figure it out."

Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

Cons

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
