      Pros

      Competitive benefits package for the Charleston area Young, exciting company Working with non-profit orgs Lots of advancement opportunities (even outside your hiring department) Little micromanagement--if you can get your job done, you'll be left alone

      Cons

      Pervasive, overuse of acronyms and corporate jargon Services roles can be brutal for work/life balance (lots of travel) Skill of management uneven (some good, some not go great)-Slow to rectify the "not so great"

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
