      - You help non-profits - Flexible working hours & environment for professional staff - Clear compensation structure with great incentives - College Grad's apply here! - room to stake out new ideas and territory - Many frequent openings

      Cons

      - Software company with Professional Services Paradox (which is it) - Senior Mgmt focused on traditional software sales bottom line - Terrible post M&A cultural clashes, squandering of IP from mergers - Software portfolio is out of tune with market needs - Growth by acquestion fails to consider current product offerings

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
