      Pros

      Access to many non-profits .. although they don't like the terms.

      Cons

      Customers don't like the company.. most feel trapped because Blackbaud bought all the competition. Middle Management is very clicky.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
