Knowledgeable team members who work hard. Good solid people who care about their work, the clients and their team members
Cons
Too many cooks in the kitchen! Upper management is not clear about the work being done on the "service" level and their decisions reflect it. Also, like anywhere else, there are those who are protected and those who are cleary considered not as valued.
