      Pros

      Location, culture and overall impact of our work makes BB a great place to be. Great people (that IS what makes us great, after all) and excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Some jobs and roles are under-valued and under-paid compared against industry standards. For those in these roles, it can prevent BB from being a GREAT place to work. There has been some recent attrition - mainly due to comp or simply looking for a new challenge. The grass is always greener, right?

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
