      Smart people and dedicated people

      Cons

      Two organizations that are trying to behave as one. Lots of duplicate software, so the available R&D and other dollars for staff are spread too thin. Too many managers, too little documentation and standard process. Everyone is a hero and the company encourages this.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
