      Pros

      Work-life balance! No weekends, nothing after 5 Kid friendly, family oriented Wide variety of backgrounds Great culture including all sorts of events - everything from cook-offs to nerf gun wars to barton springs outings Great advancement opportunities within the department Community involvement - working for time off and making a better community with other people that are passionate about non-profits and making the world a better place.

      Cons

      Because BB is a bigger company, sometimes it take a while for issues to get resolved and get everyone on the same page

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
