Pros

Our entire company shares a deep passion for our nonprofit customers' causes. We enjoy a very respectful and open work environment, and have fun. Our main offices are in great cities. We are continually improving our internal operations, processes, and systems.

Cons

Sometimes working for a larger company (large for the space we work in, anyway) can mean needing to be patient to get good ideas heard and acted upon, building consensus can be challenging. But our executive team are good listeners and open minded about recommendations for change

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
