      Senior management is great!!! they recruit very hardworking and talented people so you'll constantly be challenged.

      Cons

      Though it is great to have so many people with 7years plus experience in the company, this sometimes reduces the number of new ideas it gets

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
