      The company works hard to maintain its image

      Cons

      Lack of diversity exists throughout the company. For a company based in South Carolina and in Charleston, very few African American employees at HQ or throughout the US. There is an overriding "good old boys" club that operates within the company and is institutionalized throughout the culture.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
