Pros
- Awesome Managers - Everyone is focused and ready to work - No BS or workplace politics that I witnessed - Blackbaud does care about the social good - Cold-calling but this is what to expect. You are given lots of tips/advice. - Co-workers make it worth it!
Cons
- Frequent Layoffs in the past couple of years - Claims transparency, yet laid off workers all around the world without warning - As much as they care, this is still a huge company and their bottom line is more important than keeping valuable employees - Cold calling is pretty ruthless and you almost feel bad because you are reaching out to non-profits who operate on small funds. - No idea if software was even helpful for those that used the technology
