Pros

Option to work at home is nice. People in the office are nice.

Cons

No training. you are left to do multiple things and figure things out on your own. You are expected to know how everything works withhut someone explaining how things work. Pay is under industry standards. Management only seems to listen to management. You are only noticed if something did not work correctly. I have worked here for 6 months and have had minimal contact with my own manager as to how things are.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
