      Pros

      Our clients are the great! Who would not want to help support the non-profit industry? The people will get to work with are smart, driven and have a passion for our clients.

      Cons

      No organization is perfect...change level is very high now but I expect that to settle now that the new CEO is here.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
