      Pros

      Employees are well treated overall, good work environment. New ideas encouraged. Strong internship program for college kids. Company genuinely cares about its employees. And having a company like Blackbaud in Charleston, SC is a bonus, wonderful gem of a little city!

      Cons

      Internal products are embarrassingly stuck in the past, limiting growth opportunities for developers. Company growth through acquisition, acquired companies not always well managed.
