Pros
There was a time that I could fill this box with pros. Helping non-profits meet their missions is a good fit for us "do-gooders". Now I feel bad for those same non-profits who are stuck with aging Blackbaud products.
Cons
There is no vision other than being a $1B company so the ELT and board of directors can be financially rewarded. Every benefit has been taken from employees - and during a global pandemic, no less! - to save cash. Well, 2020 overachieved targets but no benefits returned. Jobs were slashed under the guise of "re-organization" in both 2020 and 2021. Where there is no vision, there is no strategy. Where there is no strategy, there is no execution. Where there is no execution, there is no success. Perhaps the CEO is sailing the wrong ship these days.
