      Pros

      Has fantastic team members and a 'can do' attitude. Local leadership is switched on and does a lot to support employees. Now working in a remote-first model which gives flexibility to employees whilst also being mindful of connection points for all. A lot done by HR and the leaders to support during covid.

      Cons

      A changing landscape over the past couple of years, but hey, what business has stayed the same during covid?! Headquarters improving their efforts with non-US regions but still work to be done to achieve desired operational fluency.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
