Too many VPs for such a small company. poor planning process. business units compete against each other for attention for product team with vastly different demands and no common strategic direction. Old technology. Very hierarchical management style. Lack of diversity. Charleston staff is dismissive of staff in other offices. Significant amounts of redundancy and inefficiency across the company. Compensation is based on Charleston market, which isn't competitive in Austin.
