Great mission, but not worth it - Marketing Manager Blackbaud Employee Review

The salary is incredibly low compared to other tech companies. I survived two rounds of layoffs in under a year, and one of those cut my team in half at the holidays. Just brutal. I was given more and more work beyond the scope of my job description, going above and beyond until I burned out, but my management was never satisfied. My role and contributions were not valued, and my manager took credit for my work to my superiors while micromanaging me and always demanding more.
