      Pros

      Good health insurance and benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. It gets worse and worse. The enterprise business is the absolute worst management team which is a total shame. The leaders are untrustworthy and will go after everyone and anyone they can go after if they feel the least bit of pressure. They are afraid of not making enough money to make the board happy and so they penalize their people.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
