      Solid brand Helping the greater good through nonprofit clients Remote-first work policy

      Cons

      Management is high on themselves and greedy, constantly reasoning why they can't give raises and are taking away benefits -- all while their single- and double-digit million dollar salries grow each year.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
