Business Outlook
Pros
Convio, the company that Blackbaud purchased, was the only Pro to Blackbaud as a whole. But then they drove out all of Convio's best employees, and products, and we were left with nothing to hold onto.
Cons
No transparency through upper management. Company headed in so many directions and so many cooks in the kitchen it's hard to understand where you fit into the bigger picture. So many bottlenecks and hoops to jump through each time a change needs to be made or take care of a customer. So many constant management changes it's hard to have any progress for the betterment of the customers and employees alike.
